Европа и софтуерните патенти

Изглежда Европа все още не е лапнала по американските простотии. Днес Европейския Парламент е отхвърлил директивата за софтуерните патенти (Directive on the Patentability of Computer Implemented Inventions). С много силно мнозинство при това - 648 срещу 14 гласа. Честито.
